The Problem

Your Athlete Is Talented.
So Why Aren’t Coaches Calling?

Most junior golf families do everything they’re supposed to. They invest in lessons. They play tournaments. They build the handicap. And then they wait to be discovered.

But college golf coaches aren’t coming to find your athlete. A UNC golf coach said it publicly: “We spend more time on the personality and character of the person than on golf ability.”

The athletes who get recruited aren’t always the most talented. They’re the most prepared, the most mentally sharp, and the ones who know how to get in front of the right coaches at the right time.

“Without Adam’s program I wouldn’t have achieved my All-Conference, All-Region, or All-American selections. This program was a game-changer for me.”

— Hayley Jones  ·  Collegiate Golfer  ·  All-Conference · All-Region · All-American

“Adam’s insight into the mental side of golf gave my son the best opportunity to perform his best and ultimately receive a college golf scholarship.”

Questions & Answers

Everything You Need to Know

Who is this program for?
Any junior golfer ages 13–18 who is serious about playing college golf at any division level — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO. If your athlete wants to compete at the next level and needs the mental game and recruiting system to get there, this program is built for them.

How much time does it take each week?
One session per week — approximately 30–45 minutes, self-paced on your athlete’s own schedule. Live webinars are every other week on Zoom — 60–75 minutes — and are recorded if they can’t attend live. Most of our students are active competitors with full schedules. That’s exactly who this was built for.

What if my athlete already has a swing coach?
Most coaches teach how to play — not how to think. Compete & Commit complements any existing coaching relationship by filling the gap almost every program leaves open. Many of our students work with swing coaches and club pros simultaneously.

When does the program start and end?
Enrollment opens June 1 and closes June 7. Program starts June 15 and graduates August 10 — right before fall golf season. That timing is intentional so your athlete finishes with a completed IPP and recruiting system ready for fall tournaments.

What makes this different from other recruiting programs?
Two things no other program offers together: the mental performance coaching that college coaches actually evaluate at tournaments, and Tom McCurdy — a former Division I head golf coach — personally involved in every webinar and every student’s recruiting profile review. That combination is unique. Anywhere.

Is there a guarantee?
We stand behind this program completely. If your athlete completes all 8 sessions, attends the webinars, builds their IPP, and doesn’t feel the program delivered what we promised — contact us within 30 days of completion and we’ll make it right.
