The Problem
Most junior golf families do everything they’re supposed to. They invest in lessons. They play tournaments. They build the handicap. And then they wait to be discovered.
But college golf coaches aren’t coming to find your athlete. A UNC golf coach said it publicly: “We spend more time on the personality and character of the person than on golf ability.”
The athletes who get recruited aren’t always the most talented. They’re the most prepared, the most mentally sharp, and the ones who know how to get in front of the right coaches at the right time.
Your Coaches
Adam has spent 17 years working with junior golfers, collegiate athletes, and professionals on the mental side of the game and college recruiting. Featured in Golf Digest, CBS KWCH, Wichita Business Journal, and Vype Magazine.
Former head women’s golf coach at Wichita State University. Tom spent his career evaluating recruits — deciding who earned a roster spot. Now he brings that exact perspective inside Compete & Commit, personally reviewing every student’s profile before it goes to coaches.
“Without Adam’s program I wouldn’t have achieved my All-Conference, All-Region, or All-American selections. This program was a game-changer for me.”
— Hayley Jones · Collegiate Golfer · All-Conference · All-Region · All-American
“Adam’s insight into the mental side of golf gave my son the best opportunity to perform his best and ultimately receive a college golf scholarship.”
— Brad Spicer · Parent
The Program
One session per week. Self-paced. 30–45 minutes each. Built around what college coaches evaluate at tournaments.
A professional digital recruiting resume. One link that gives a college coach everything they need to say yes.
From first email to campus visit. A complete roadmap so nothing falls through the cracks.
Live Webinars
Every webinar: Adam teaches the mental performance concept — Tom connects it directly to what he watched for as a college coach. All webinars are recorded for students who can’t attend live.
Tom leads the IPP walkthrough from a college coach’s perspective — what he looked for, what moved the needle, why it changes everything.
Tom connects the confidence framework to real recruiting decisions — what body language tells a coach about a recruit.
Tom shares the specific moments at tournaments that told him whether a recruit could handle college competition.
Students practice their elevator speech live. Tom gives real-time feedback on what made him respond to a recruit’s email versus delete it.
Tom’s final recruiting talk. Students leave with a completed IPP, a trained mental game, and a recruiting roadmap — right before fall season starts August 10.
